Oh Dear,
Not as fit as I thought. Today’s outing was far more strenuous than I remember. It is a short walk from the New Dungeon Ghyll…but it is ALL rough scrambling up or dow. There isn’t a flat stretch anywhere.
Irene said she felt like the Nissan Micra of fell walking!!!!
